At Layla Trips, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if the item you receive is damaged, defective, or not as described. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and requested within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as personal travel accessories or items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds
